Vicki was amazing. We live out of town and needed to close up a rental apartment in MD without traveling because of COVID. Vicki had assisted us last year when we moved out a townhouse and into this apartment. She is so efficient and detail oriented that the job went flawlessly. We were on FaceTime and I could tell her what was to be donated, what was going to a storage unit, etc. She meticulously labeled all of the boxes so when I can get to the storage unit I will know where everything is. As we worked together she reminded me of the Energizer bunny!!!!! She is also a wonderful person who makes it obviously that she loves what she does. Vicki and Dionne Were Magnificent! We decided to renovate our kitchen immediately AND prepare to begin a great big new job right around the same time. I had a last minute cable appointment and was searching late Friday for someone to come complete a task on Monday. Time was of the essence! Potomac Concierge was able to accommodate a last minute request and had my task assigned within a couple of hours. I work in furnished housing and in this industry, you have to have reliable people on the ground as I am often far away from all my set ups.
