I have to tell you how wonderful and incredible both Rachel and Dana were in getting our attic, basement, and tool shed in ship-shape order!  They're both amazingly efficient, hard-working, energetic, and very nice!  Both my husband and I appreciated their taking charge of the mess at our house.  It will really help make our lives so much cleaner and easier. Potomac Concierge recently helped us move my father out of his home of more than a half-century and across the country to a senior living community. This was, as you can imagine, a complex and stressful undertaking, and they handled it all with patience, experitse, and thoughtfulness. Libby was very effective in getting the project off the ground–setting expectations, understanding our needs, getting to grips with the particular situation. This took a bit, but once we were going she found the right solutions to our situation. In particular she assigned Dana to our case. I can't recommend her highly enough. We literally could not have done it without her. She went out of her way to make this easier for my father, and for the rest of us, who live relatively far away. She made a difficult process seem almost simple–a model of organization, clarity, and empathy for us in a hard transition for all of us. Thanks to Dana, to Libby, and to Lauren for making this work. Well, it finally happened: A big move forced me to deal with my storage unit! I had a mix of *stuff* ranging from old furniture to art supplies–my own items and my late mother's–and it was nearly impossible to make a dent on my own. Between Jennifer's truly outstanding organizational skills and the help of a small crew to move heavy items (and remove the things I needed to part with), my 10×22' nightmare became a manageable space in three hours! I would go so far as to say that it was a genuinely fun morning–which is especially impressive given the sheer emotional weight of going through a parent's personal effects. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Jennifer's mix of practical skills and personal sensitivity. I recommend Potomac Concierge without hesitation–personable and professional!

I am so thankfully I was able to work with Jamee for 9 months last year as I was preparing to relocate to Massachusetts. I have a lot of stuff and it was a disorganized mess. Jamee was great to work with. She was very patient and non judgemental. We got so much done each visit! She helped me get rid of trash and donations. She hooked me up with green Drop in Friendship Heights and inspired me to do some donations even on days I was not working with her. I don't know how I could have handle getting ready for the move without her. Now that I am in Massachusetts, I wish I could find someone even 10% as great to help me get settled in. I highly recommend Potomac Concierge and especially Jamee to anyone.

We hired Potomac Concierge to help pack several rooms before a major home renovation. Amelia, Shannon and the representative from the moving company were all incredible. They arrived right on time and were friendly, organized, thorough and accommodating. They finished in record time and we would absolutely use them again.

I literally could not have stayed in my home during the pandemic nor gotten my house ready to sell without Kelly’s outstanding assistance. Kelly had a solution to every problem and always was calm while addressing any challenge. I think of Kelly as my guardian angel. Kristin also was essential during the process of packing up my house belongings and moving into my new apartment. As an example of the special care they gave to my china cup collection, Kelly took photographs of the secretary and display case in which the cups were displayed and then she and Kristin unpacked the cups and put them back in the identical order. I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. They wrapped presents like they should appear in the next Nutcracker. Positive, productive, professional and punctual; I love everything they created and every effort they made.
