I got an angel from Potomac Concierge and she came in and helped me organize my office. They have outstanding staff who very professional and caring. Best decision and work every penny!

I am so very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Libby Kinkead. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, inspiring, and kind-hearted! When you work with Libby, you are immediately put at ease by her relaxed, down-to-earth approach. At the same time, she's highly energetic and motivating. The truth is I've read a lot about getting organized (which is a whole lot easier than actually being organized!) But after a recent class with Libby, I shifted into "get it done" mode. She gave me the boost I needed to take care of my clutter without judgment! Here are just a few of the gems that she shared that have made a huge difference for me: "Decluttering is not stuff shifting." (I didn't even realize I was doing this!) "There is a difference between something being useful and actually using it." And this one really hit home: "Clinging to the past makes it hard to move forward." Vanessa, Kelly, and Kristen were absolutely outstanding. In addition to their excellent service and skills, I felt incredibly supported by them during a difficult time. You can hire anyone to unpack boxes, but they brought such skill, thought, and care to the organizing process. By the end of the day, the rental house was feeling like a home for my family, all thanks to them. They were truly a joy to work with, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This is the second time I have used Potomac Concierge. Everything they do is superb. The most important and helpful thing is not what they do but HOW they do it, they project manage everything so well it brings you complete peace of mind. I am so thankfully I was able to work with Jamee for 9 months last year as I was preparing to relocate to Massachusetts. I have a lot of stuff and it was a disorganized mess. Jamee was great to work with. She was very patient and non judgemental. We got so much done each visit! She helped me get rid of trash and donations. She hooked me up with green Drop in Friendship Heights and inspired me to do some donations even on days I was not working with her. I don't know how I could have handle getting ready for the move without her. Now that I am in Massachusetts, I wish I could find someone even 10% as great to help me get settled in. I highly recommend Potomac Concierge and especially Jamee to anyone.

I was helping a friend move, and Potomac Concierge Services was there to unpack. Vanessa, Kelly, and Kristen were fantastic. They are organized, diligent, and incredibly hard-working. Vicki came to reorganize two of my closets and had everything done within 3 hours! We tossed very few items and yet by the end I had gained back a lot of space in the closets.

Libby, Shannon and Claire helped me move with very little notice. I thought I could do everything myself, but got too busy with work. They had less than two weeks notice and made it happen. Not only am I unpacked, but all of the boxes are gone and my kitchen is better organized than if I had done it myself. They are extremely professional and pleasant to work with and would definitely use them again!!! I’ve never felt in better hands.

I can’t say enough good things about Potomac Concierge! I reached out to Aida about help with a big move (two houses into one) and she replied immediately. Her team took care of coordinating with the movers, handling no parking signs and ALLLLL the packing and unpacking. (They even did thoughtful things, such as reach out to neighbors.) I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be moved in and have every box out of the house within 24 hours – and to have everything thoughtfully organized and put away. To top it off, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, even towards our nosy pets 🙂 Hire Potomac Concierge!

We highly recommend Potomac Concierge – a top notch business!!! Last year, we sold our home in McLean, VA and prepared to rent locally. A friend recommended Potomac Concierge and we worked with Aida Middel during a time of unknowns– where we would move, what we would do… Aida was helpful in suggesting what we needed at the rental… what could be stored, and what we should not keep. She was professional, cooperative, and considerate as we sifted through belongings making decisions. We appreciated suggestions vs. being asked what to do. She helped with packing and even with marking furniture placement when we found a rental. She also recommended a professional moving company, JK moving. A year later, we prepared to move out of state. We call on Aida and PC and we were grateful and fortunate to work with Jamee Whittan. Jamee is fantastic! We immediately connected on what needed to be done and, again, Jamee did not wait for guidance – she assessed the situation after a walk-through and formed a “game plan!” This efficiency reduced the stress enough so that I felt at ease to focus on work and other tasks. Jamee was very friendly and patient and listened as we sorted through the priorities and next steps. She remembered details of our schedule (including packing for my husband who was taking boxes to FL in advance of JK moving). Jamee was very helpful in setting the schedule for future visits. Once she had a schedule conflict and she immediately arranged for Kristen O’Brien to help. I appreciated that since I had blocked the time in advance. Kristen was equally friendly, efficient, professional, and patient!!!. I called for help during a very busy time but PC went “the extra mile!” It was a pleasure to work with Jamee and Kristen and I trusted them both. We simply didn't have enough time to coordinate all aspects of the move AND continue to work – and we were grateful that Aida, Jamee, and Kristen stepped in to help. We appreciated their patience and kind approach to an otherwise stressful situation. We still felt stress related to the move, but not with Jamee and Kristen! I assumed I would help with packing (!) but they had confidence in their approach and took initiative to get things done, leaving me to work on other tasks. They communicated well during the process to ensure we were always on the same page. They were both so very easy to get along with and they managed to get so much done each day while creating a calm environment. Truly 5-star service!

Using Potomac Concierge Services has been a game changer and amazing for our family! They helped us prepare for a move to temporary locations in preparation for a house renovation. Helen did a wonderful job communicating what she accomplished after every meeting with my parents…from helping with online accounts, auto-pay set-up and scheduling, decluttering email & cancelling old accounts, to creating a shared family calendar and prioritizing tasks for my parents to complete, the dependable schedule we set up with Helen was invaluable in reassuring my brother and I, as we both live in other states. I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. They wrapped presents like they should appear in the next Nutcracker. Positive, productive, professional and punctual; I love everything they created and every effort they made.
