I am so very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Libby Kinkead. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, inspiring, and kind-hearted! When you work with Libby, you are immediately put at ease by her relaxed, down-to-earth approach. At the same time, she's highly energetic and motivating. The truth is I've read a lot about getting organized (which is a whole lot easier than actually being organized!) But after a recent class with Libby, I shifted into "get it done" mode. She gave me the boost I needed to take care of my clutter without judgment! Here are just a few of the gems that she shared that have made a huge difference for me: "Decluttering is not stuff shifting." (I didn't even realize I was doing this!) "There is a difference between something being useful and actually using it." And this one really hit home: "Clinging to the past makes it hard to move forward." Prior to the COVID pandemic, I commuted to Washington, D.C. each week for work. Since March 2019, my business travel has been limited, but I continue to maintain an apartment in D.C. I've had the pleasure to work with Kelly W., as she has managed cable/WiFi installation, furniture delivery, coordinating the delivery of packages, etc. She is friendly and professional, and flawlessly manages any task, no matter how complex. Kelly W. has taken a big source of stress out of my life and comes with my highest recommendation.

Potomac Concierge did a beautiful job this summer on the substantial renovation of my condominium in Adams Morgan. I live a three-hour drive from Washington, and I literally could not have done it without them. Actually, they did it all and I was left with the fun part of picking out styles and colors. The work on my condo was extensive – updating a bathroom (new vanity, flooring, drywall repair, etc.), bead board and new flooring in the utility area, a new garbage disposal, oriental rug cleaning, new windows with new granite sills, and 15 years' worth (!) of handyman jobs. Because Potomac Concierge is a group of intelligent self-starters, I really could (and did) leave everything to them. After one personal meeting to discuss my "wish list", communication was by email at my convenience. The stress of renovation, in my opinion, is due to difficulty in scheduling and quality control issues. All of this was borne by Potomac Concierge. I told them that when I saw the finished project, I felt like the women on HGTV who start crying at the "reveal". I do not write reviews, as a rule, but because I found Potomac Concierge on the internet, and took a leap of faith, I feel a responsibility to anyone else out there who is looking for help. You cannot go wrong if you hire them!

I used Potomac Concierge to help organize a newly installed closet system. I wanted to start off with a highly organized closet – color coded, by season and style. Vicki came in fully equipped with supplies and ideas. We went through my items, sorted, hung, folded – the result was a beautiful closet that looks like something from a magazine. I did underestimate how much time it would take to get everything done (even though Vicki worked quickly and efficiently) but I was also happy that I participated along with her because it gave me an understanding on how to keep it organized which is ultimately my main goal. I would highly recommend Potomac Concierge for organizing services. They were very professional, prompt and exceeded my expectations for this project.

I've been a beneficiary of Potomac Concierge services for over a decade. Their assistants have always been total professionals – very focused and productive, full of good ideas, and enjoyable to work with. They have simplified, de-cluttered, and improved my personal living space and multiple business environments on many occasions. What a team!!!

Very helpful with getting the things my sister needed during a hospital stay and immediately following her husband's death. Able to find documents as if they were the ones that stored them. Excellent and timely communication by those involved.

Libby was the Manager in getting a house ready for the market. It had been lived in for about 50 years and needed a variety of services. She had an amazing team of workmen and was able to empty the home, fix several items and make it look refreshed. All with quick response and professionalism. Very impressive work.

Aida and her team made our move as painless as possible and dare I say it…fun! Thanks to them we were able to sleep comfortably in our new unpacked and organized home the same day we moved in. I can’t thank them enough for literally lightening the load off my shoulders. If you have any doubts about hiring Potomac Concierge don’t! They are amazing.

Using Potomac Concierge Services has been a game changer and amazing for our family! They helped us prepare for a move to temporary locations in preparation for a house renovation. Robin and team were incredible/terrific/great! They helped us declutter our house before we moved, helped coordinate the move, helped pack and unpack into our new temporary spaces! They thought of all the details that I would have forgotten. And, they also supported during the stressful moments. This is the first week that I have not seen any of them in the past two and a half months and I miss them. They are all so pleasant, helpful and fun. Downsized from house to condo and Potomac Concierge kept me sane. Shannon, Michelle and Dania were so unbelievably brilliant – prevented me from being overwhelmed and not only great fun to hang out with— they got my kitchen organized with such thought and efficiency. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Aida and her team were amazing! With everyone home during COVID-19 we needed more space. Luckily we found a great house but then It dawned on me, we had to move. Luckily our realtor was able to recommend Potomac Concierge a turnkey and contactless(if you opt for that) company that takes care of every detail of your move. After 1 phone call with Aida I felt the stress and pressure of the move melt away. Timeline, logistics, packing, unpacking, organizing of our home and much more. Great attention to details. I can’t say enough good things about Potomac Concierge! I reached out to Aida about help with a big move (two houses into one) and she replied immediately. Her team took care of coordinating with the movers, handling no parking signs and ALLLLL the packing and unpacking. (They even did thoughtful things, such as reach out to neighbors.) I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be moved in and have every box out of the house within 24 hours – and to have everything thoughtfully organized and put away. I called Potomac Concierge Services (PCS) a few weeks back, frantically needing help to get our house de-cluttered and ready to put on the market for sale before the end of the month. The rub was that we had three days to get it done before I had to leave on a 5 day business trip! Aida and her excellent staff, which included Audrey, Dionne & Susan whisked in and saved the day! They helped us purge, de-clutter and organize, all in record time. This was no small feat considering that my husband and I merged two households during our previous move without the benefit of a purge. Add five years and two kids to the mix and you can imagine the task we were facing. To say we felt overwhelmed was an understatement! But, the PCS staff immediately put our minds at ease.
