Aida and her team were pure professionals in guiding me through the task of emptying the house where I lived for 48 years and moving to another part of the country. As much as their savvy and efficiency, I appreciated their humor and sympathy along the way.

I called Potomac Concierge Services (PCS) a few weeks back, frantically needing help to get our house de-cluttered and ready to put on the market for sale before the end of the month. The rub was that we had three days to get it done before I had to leave on a 5 day business trip! Aida and her excellent staff, which included Audrey, Dionne & Susan whisked in and saved the day! They helped us purge, de-clutter and organize, all in record time. This was no small feat considering that my husband and I merged two households during our previous move without the benefit of a purge. Add five years and two kids to the mix and you can imagine the task we were facing. To say we felt overwhelmed was an understatement! But, the PCS staff immediately put our minds at ease. They had great suggestions and tips to get the work done efficiently and they were a joy to work with. Without question, I would recommend the services of PCS to all of my friends and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Vicki was amazing to work with and helped me accomplish exactly what I needed in the short time frame I had! Libby was the Manager in getting a house ready for the market. It had been lived in for about 50 years and needed a variety of services. We hired Potomac Concierge to help pack several rooms before a major home renovation. Amelia, Shannon and the representative from the moving company were all incredible. They arrived right on time and were friendly, organized, thorough and accommodating. They finished in record time and we would absolutely use them again.

I suffered a serious knee injury in June 2016 that required two surgeries and months of physical therapy, and my doctor advised me to move to a single-level home to avoid having to climb stairs, and potentially injure my knee again. I was finally able to move in December 2016. As I sat in my new apartment that first night, unable to walk unassisted, I looked around me and saw about 30 boxes stacked up in piles upon each other, creating a wall four feet thick against one wall. I quickly came to the conclusion there was no way a disabled person like me was capable of doing ANYTHING by myself – like find which box contained bed sheets and blankets and make a bed that first night, much less open every box, one by one, and store food, clothing, electronics, and arrange furniture. Not with one hand holding on to a cane. Fortunately, I had insisted that my computer be hooked up in advance of the move. I Googled the words "home organizers" and came across Potomac Concierge – a professional home organization company. Within 48 hours, three of the loveliest women in the world – Coleen, Sandi and Anne were knocking on my door. I didn't have to tell them what to do. They looked around and KNEW what had to be done. They spent the entire day quickly opening box after box, arranging ALL of my belongings based on what room they needed to be in, creating a pile of items that I wanted to donate to a charity, throwing out things I no longer had use for, storing other belongings in a storage locker, running errands for me to nearby stores, and hauling about 50 pounds of empty cardboard boxes to the recycling room down the hall. Just to give you one example of the quality of their work – they balled up all my socks and rolled up underwear, and neatly arranged them in neat little rows in dresser drawers, folded and stacked all my shorts and shirts, and hung up all my tee-shirts and pants. And Anne even came back on two more days, finalizing things and putting the finishing touches on what turned out to be the most organized home I had ever lived in. I cannot describe how much stress was lifted from me and how relieved I felt a few days later to look around my apartment – knowing exactly where to find everything I owned. I cannot thank these ladies enough for what to me was a relatively inexpensive and swift way to get settled into a new home. My advice to anyone out there who is planning to move and wants to avoid a lot of the headache involved in relocating – call Potomac Concierge. You will never regret it !

I cannot recommend Potomac Concierge highly enough. We hired them to help organize our kitchen in our new home and Rachel and Michelle were an absolute dream team. They worked efficiently and asked really smart questions to help me figure out where things should go in our unusually shaped space. By the time they left, we were easily 80% done with our kitchen and I'm already scoping out new projects to hire them for again. Shannon was terrific, working under a challenging situation—conducting a long-distance Facetime inventory, working to clarify and classify a decidedly disorganized estate, overseeing careful packing of vintage concert posters and music memorabilia, as well as personal belongings going into storage after a long-time friend's move to a nursing home. She never made assumptions but checked with me as to identifications and such, and made sure everything was clearly catalogued. And she also made sure that when the materials were moved into the storage unit, they were organized for easy access. Lots of photos as well, to make things even clearer. An amazing job all around I'm truly thankful for her partnership in this difficult time.

Potomac Concierge recently helped us move my father out of his home of more than a half-century and across the country to a senior living community. We highly recommend Potomac Concierge – a top notch business!!! Last year, we sold our home in McLean, VA and prepared to rent locally. A friend recommended Potomac Concierge and we worked with Aida Middel during a time of unknowns– where we would move, what we would do… Aida was helpful in suggesting what we needed at the rental… what could be stored, and what we should not keep. She was professional, cooperative, and considerate as we sifted through belongings making decisions. We appreciated suggestions vs. being asked what to do. She helped with packing and even with marking furniture placement when we found a rental. She also recommended a professional moving company, JK moving. A year later, we prepared to move out of state. We call on Aida and PC and we were grateful and fortunate to work with Jamee Whittan. Jamee is fantastic! We immediately connected on what needed to be done and, again, Jamee did not wait for guidance – she assessed the situation after a walk-through and formed a “game plan!” This efficiency reduced the stress enough so that I felt at ease to focus on work and other tasks.
