Potomac Concierge recently helped us move my father out of his home of more than a half-century and across the country to a senior living community. This was, as you can imagine, a complex and stressful undertaking, and they handled it all with patience, experitse, and thoughtfulness. Libby was very effective in getting the project off the ground–setting expectations, understanding our needs, getting to grips with the particular situation. This took a bit, but once we were going she found the right solutions to our situation. In particular she assigned Dana to our case. I can't recommend her highly enough. We literally could not have done it without her. She went out of her way to make this easier for my father, and for the rest of us, who live relatively far away. She made a difficult process seem almost simple–a model of organization, clarity, and empathy for us in a hard transition for all of us. Thanks to Dana, to Libby, and to Lauren for making this work. We appreciate it!

Vicki came to reorganize two of my closets and had everything done within 3 hours! We tossed very few items and yet by the end I had gained back a lot of space in the closets.

Jamee and Kristin organized the heck out of my kitchen and office and were an absolute joy to work with–lots of laughter and even a little dancing, but they were also incredibly efficient and innovative, full of great ideas and ways to make our life run more smoothly. I am so thankfully I was able to work with Jamee for 9 months last year as I was preparing to relocate to Massachusetts. I have a lot of stuff and it was a disorganized mess. Jamee was great to work with. She was very patient and non judgemental. We got so much done each visit! She helped me get rid of trash and donations. She hooked me up with green Drop in Friendship Heights and inspired me to do some donations even on days I was not working with her. I don't know how I could have handle getting ready for the move without her. Now that I am in Massachusetts, I wish I could find someone even 10% as great to help me get settled in. I highly recommend Potomac Concierge and especially Jamee to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Potomac Concierge! I reached out to Aida about help with a big move (two houses into one) and she replied immediately. Her team took care of coordinating with the movers, handling no parking signs and ALLLLL the packing and unpacking. (They even did thoughtful things, such as reach out to neighbors.) I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be moved in and have every box out of the house within 24 hours – and to have everything thoughtfully organized and put away. To top it off, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, even towards our nosy pets 🙂 Hire Potomac Concierge!

Using Potomac Concierge Services has been a game changer and amazing for our family! They helped us prepare for a move to temporary locations in preparation for a house renovation. Robin and team were incredible/terrific/great! They helped us declutter our house before we moved, helped coordinate the move, helped pack and unpack into our new temporary spaces! They thought of all the details that I would have forgotten. And, they also supported during the stressful moments. This is the first week that I have not seen any of them in the past two and a half months and I miss them. They are all so pleasant, helpful and fun. Well, it finally happened: A big move forced me to deal with my storage unit! I had a mix of *stuff* ranging from old furniture to art supplies–my own items and my late mother's–and it was nearly impossible to make a dent on my own. Between Jennifer's truly outstanding organizational skills and the help of a small crew to move heavy items (and remove the things I needed to part with), my 10×22' nightmare became a manageable space in three hours! I would go so far as to say that it was a genuinely fun morning–which is especially impressive given the sheer emotional weight of going through a parent's personal effects. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Jennifer's mix of practical skills and personal sensitivity. I recommend Potomac Concierge without hesitation–personable and professional!

I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. They wrapped presents like they should appear in the next Nutcracker. Positive, productive, professional and punctual; I love everything they created and every effort they made. When they come to my home, I know it will be lovelier when they go. I could not be more appreciate and grateful for this team!

I hired Potomac Concierge to help my parents after they downsized from their home in NH and settled in a retirement community in MD. Helen did a wonderful job communicating what she accomplished after every meeting with my parents…from helping with online accounts, auto-pay set-up and scheduling, decluttering email & cancelling old accounts, to creating a shared family calendar and prioritizing tasks for my parents to complete, the dependable schedule we set up with Helen was invaluable in reassuring my brother and I, as we both live in other states. Libby was the Manager in getting a house ready for the market. It had been lived in for about 50 years and needed a variety of services. She had an amazing team of workmen and was able to empty the home, fix several items and make it look refreshed. All with quick response and professionalism. Very impressive work.

Downsized from house to condo and Potomac Concierge kept me sane. Shannon, Michelle and Dania were so unbelievably brilliant – prevented me from being overwhelmed and not only great fun to hang out with— they got my kitchen organized with such thought and efficiency. Highly recommend!!!!!!
