Erika from Potomac Concierge Services was a fantastic help in organizing my craft room. She was delightful to work with and had great ideas about what to do and how to do it. Five stars!

I am so very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Libby Kinkead. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, inspiring, and kind-hearted! When you work with Libby, you are immediately put at ease by her relaxed, down-to-earth approach. At the same time, she's highly energetic and motivating. The truth is I've read a lot about getting organized (which is a whole lot easier than actually being organized!) But after a recent class with Libby, I shifted into "get it done" mode. She gave me the boost I needed to take care of my clutter without judgment! Here are just a few of the gems that she shared that have made a huge difference for me: "Decluttering is not stuff shifting." (I didn't even realize I was doing this!) "There is a difference between something being useful and actually using it." And this one really hit home: "Clinging to the past makes it hard to move forward." Thanks to Libby's wise guidance and enthusiastic support, I am moving forward!

Shannon was terrific, working under a challenging situation—conducting a long-distance Facetime inventory, working to clarify and classify a decidedly disorganized estate, overseeing careful packing of vintage concert posters and music memorabilia, as well as personal belongings going into storage after a long-time friend's move to a nursing home. She never made assumptions but checked with me as to identifications and such, and made sure everything was clearly catalogued. And she also made sure that when the materials were moved into the storage unit, they were organized for easy access. Lots of photos as well, to make things even clearer. An amazing job all around I'm truly thankful for her partnership in this difficult time.

Vicki came to reorganize two of my closets and had everything done within 3 hours! We tossed very few items and yet by the end I had gained back a lot of space in the closets.

I can’t say enough good things about Potomac Concierge! I reached out to Aida about help with a big move (two houses into one) and she replied immediately. Her team took care of coordinating with the movers, handling no parking signs and ALLLLL the packing and unpacking. (They even did thoughtful things, such as reach out to neighbors.) I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be moved in and have every box out of the house within 24 hours – and to have everything thoughtfully organized and put away. To top it off, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, even towards our nosy pets 🙂 Hire Potomac Concierge!

I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. They wrapped presents like they should appear in the next Nutcracker. Positive, productive, professional and punctual; I love everything they created and every effort they made. When they come to my home, I know it will be lovelier when they go. I could not be more appreciate and grateful for this team!

We highly recommend Potomac Concierge – a top notch business!!! Last year, we sold our home in McLean, VA and prepared to rent locally. A friend recommended Potomac Concierge and we worked with Aida Middel during a time of unknowns– where we would move, what we would do… Aida was helpful in suggesting what we needed at the rental… what could be stored, and what we should not keep. She was professional, cooperative, and considerate as we sifted through belongings making decisions. We appreciated suggestions vs. being asked what to do. She helped with packing and even with marking furniture placement when we found a rental. She also recommended a professional moving company, JK moving. A year later, we prepared to move out of state. We call on Aida and PC and we were grateful and fortunate to work with Jamee Whittan. Jamee is fantastic! We immediately connected on what needed to be done and, again, Jamee did not wait for guidance – she assessed the situation after a walk-through and formed a “game plan!” This efficiency reduced the stress enough so that I felt at ease to focus on work and other tasks. Jamee was very friendly and patient and listened as we sorted through the priorities and next steps. She remembered details of our schedule (including packing for my husband who was taking boxes to FL in advance of JK moving). Jamee was very helpful in setting the schedule for future visits. Once she had a schedule conflict and she immediately arranged for Kristen O’Brien to help. I appreciated that since I had blocked the time in advance. Kristen was equally friendly, efficient, professional, and patient!!!. I called for help during a very busy time but PC went “the extra mile!” It was a pleasure to work with Jamee and Kristen and I trusted them both. We simply didn't have enough time to coordinate all aspects of the move AND continue to work – and we were grateful that Aida, Jamee, and Kristen stepped in to help. We appreciated their patience and kind approach to an otherwise stressful situation. We still felt stress related to the move, but not with Jamee and Kristen! I assumed I would help with packing (!) but they had confidence in their approach and took initiative to get things done, leaving me to work on other tasks. They communicated well during the process to ensure we were always on the same page. They were both so very easy to get along with and they managed to get so much done each day while creating a calm environment. Truly 5-star service!

There is much to say, so to keep it short… Shannon with Potomac Concierge is excellent! She is professional, kind, on time, gets the job DONE and offers no judgment. Thank you, Shannon! I cannot recommend Potomac Concierge highly enough. We hired them to help organize our kitchen in our new home and Rachel and Michelle were an absolute dream team. They worked efficiently and asked really smart questions to help me figure out where things should go in our unusually shaped space. By the time they left, we were easily 80% done with our kitchen and I'm already scoping out new projects to hire them for again. Using Potomac Concierge Services has been a game changer and amazing for our family! They helped us prepare for a move to temporary locations in preparation for a house renovation. I felt compelled to share my experience with one of your personal assistants, Sara Coles. Sara represented your client who wanted to purchase a hot tub. Sara interview our company as a possible choice for a high end Jacuzzi model. Her client, being very busy, leaned on Sara to manage the entire process from the researching through the delivery. Potomac Concierge recently helped us move my father out of his home of more than a half-century and across the country to a senior living community. This was, as you can imagine, a complex and stressful undertaking, and they handled it all with patience, experitse, and thoughtfulness. Libby was very effective in getting the project off the ground–setting expectations, understanding our needs, getting to grips with the particular situation. This took a bit, but once we were going she found the right solutions to our situation. In particular she assigned Dana to our case. I can't recommend her highly enough. We literally could not have done it without her. She went out of her way to make this easier for my father, and for the rest of us, who live relatively far away.
