This is the second time I have used Potomac Concierge. Everything they do is superb. The most important and helpful thing is not what they do but HOW they do it, they project manage everything so well it brings you complete peace of mind. The actual organizer and process is also terrific and high quality. excellent communication, Covid safe, and helpful in ways you didn’t even know you needed help. I highly recommend them!

Prior to the COVID pandemic, I commuted to Washington, D.C. each week for work. Since March 2019, my business travel has been limited, but I continue to maintain an apartment in D.C. I've had the pleasure to work with Kelly W., as she has managed cable/WiFi installation, furniture delivery, coordinating the delivery of packages, etc. She is friendly and professional, and flawlessly manages any task, no matter how complex. Kelly W. has taken a big source of stress out of my life and comes with my highest recommendation.

I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. They wrapped presents like they should appear in the next Nutcracker. Positive, productive, professional and punctual; I love everything they created and every effort they made. When they come to my home, I know it will be lovelier when they go. I could not be more appreciate and grateful for this team!

I hired Potomac Concierge to help my parents after they downsized from their home in NH and settled in a retirement community in MD. Helen did a wonderful job communicating what she accomplished after every meeting with my parents…from helping with online accounts, auto-pay set-up and scheduling, decluttering email & cancelling old accounts, to creating a shared family calendar and prioritizing tasks for my parents to complete, the dependable schedule we set up with Helen was invaluable in reassuring my brother and I, as we both live in other states. My parents loved working with her too 🙂 So happy I found this personal assistant service in the DC metro area!!

We highly recommend Potomac Concierge – a top notch business!!! Last year, we sold our home in McLean, VA and prepared to rent locally. A friend recommended Potomac Concierge and we worked with Aida Middel during a time of unknowns– where we would move, what we would do… Aida was helpful in suggesting what we needed at the rental… what could be stored, and what we should not keep. She was professional, cooperative, and considerate as we sifted through belongings making decisions. We appreciated suggestions vs. being asked what to do. She helped with packing and even with marking furniture placement when we found a rental. She also recommended a professional moving company, JK moving. A year later, we prepared to move out of state. We call on Aida and PC and we were grateful and fortunate to work with Jamee Whittan. Jamee is fantastic! We immediately connected on what needed to be done and, again, Jamee did not wait for guidance – she assessed the situation after a walk-through and formed a “game plan!” This efficiency reduced the stress enough so that I felt at ease to focus on work and other tasks. Jamee was very friendly and patient and listened as we sorted through the priorities and next steps. She remembered details of our schedule (including packing for my husband who was taking boxes to FL in advance of JK moving). Jamee was very helpful in setting the schedule for future visits. Once she had a schedule conflict and she immediately arranged for Kristen O’Brien to help. I appreciated that since I had blocked the time in advance. Kristen was equally friendly, efficient, professional, and patient!!!. I called for help during a very busy time but PC went “the extra mile!” It was a pleasure to work with Jamee and Kristen and I trusted them both. We simply didn't have enough time to coordinate all aspects of the move AND continue to work – and we were grateful that Aida, Jamee, and Kristen stepped in to help. We appreciated their patience and kind approach to an otherwise stressful situation. We still felt stress related to the move, but not with Jamee and Kristen! I assumed I would help with packing (!) but they had confidence in their approach and took initiative to get things done, leaving me to work on other tasks. They communicated well during the process to ensure we were always on the same page. They were both so very easy to get along with and they managed to get so much done each day while creating a calm environment. Truly 5-star service!

Potomac Concierge recently helped us move my father out of his home of more than a half-century and across the country to a senior living community. This was, as you can imagine, a complex and stressful undertaking, and they handled it all with patience, experitse, and thoughtfulness. Libby was very effective in getting the project off the ground–setting expectations, understanding our needs, getting to grips with the particular situation. This took a bit, but once we were going she found the right solutions to our situation. In particular she assigned Dana to our case. I can't recommend her highly enough. We literally could not have done it without her. She went out of her way to make this easier for my father, and for the rest of us, who live relatively far away. She made a difficult process seem almost simple–a model of organization, clarity, and empathy for us in a hard transition for all of us. Thanks to Dana, to Libby, and to Lauren for making this work. We appreciate it!

Well, it finally happened: A big move forced me to deal with my storage unit! I had a mix of *stuff* ranging from old furniture to art supplies–my own items and my late mother's–and it was nearly impossible to make a dent on my own. Between Jennifer's truly outstanding organizational skills and the help of a small crew to move heavy items (and remove the things I needed to part with), my 10×22' nightmare became a manageable space in three hours! I would go so far as to say that it was a genuinely fun morning–which is especially impressive given the sheer emotional weight of going through a parent's personal effects. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Jennifer's mix of practical skills and personal sensitivity. I recommend Potomac Concierge without hesitation–personable and professional!

I can hardly put into words how wonderful my experience has been with Potomac Concierge! Jamee and Kristin organized the heck out of my kitchen and office and were an absolute joy to work with–lots of laughter and even a little dancing, but they were also incredibly efficient and innovative, full of great ideas and ways to make our life run more smoothly. I will definitely have them back to tackle another area of the house!

The ladies of Potomac Concierge were a godsend. We moved to our new house in McLean with two little kids running around and no help, overwhelmed with the prospect of unpacking. Aida and her colleagues not only unpacked everything – from the children's toys, kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff… everything – but they organized it all an a super logical and efficient way. We recently enlisted Potomac Concierge to help with unpacking and organizing after our move, and the experience was outstanding. I had a last minute need for someone to pack up and clear part of the items in my basement and Potomac Concierge was amazing. I called on a Friday. They had someone here on a Monday morning and it was done perfectly! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
