Here is how we work:

• Email us at info@PotomacConcierge.com.
• Fill out the Contact Form and submit it online or fax it to us.
• Call and speak directly with a concierge consultant 240-274-1833.

Decide whether you want to use our services a la carte or sign up for a monthly membership.

Have your credit card ready to initiate your account.

Start using Potomac Concierge by submitting requests via phone, fax, or email.

Payment for service will be due upon completion or hours will be deducted from monthly membership account.

Additional charges such as dry cleaning fees or shipping charges will be reimbursed when job is completed. Larger fees (over $50.00) will be required in advance with check made out to providing business or credit card access.
